In Queensland, Responsible Service of Alcohol training is mandatory throughout the state for all people serving alcohol including bar staff, sommeliers, waiting staff (in licensed premises), airline staff, security staff and people serving at catered events.
The Provide Responsible Service of Gambling certificate, (RSG certificate) is nationally recognised and is a legal requirement for anyone seeking employment within the gaming industry. After completing the Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) unit, you will be able to work in premises that have gaming machines as well as learn the importance of responsible service of gambling.
This course is combined but you can do them individually if you wish.
