This course serves almost as a double qualification as it will give you two skills sets in one. Gain your Certificate III in Retail whilst also completing units which include Food Safety, Responsible Service of Alcohol and Accredited Barista.
Become twice as employable by gaining practical experience and knowledge in two very demanding industries. This course will open the doors to a wider range of positions in hospitality and retail.
The course includes classroom-based learning with a blend of written assessments, practical training in our student run café as well as vocational placement, at a venue we source, which takes place over 2 weeks at the end of the course.
A total of 13 units are required for this qualification and 30 hours vocational placement

If you have not completed a Certificate III before, you may be eligible for government funding under the "CAREER START" program. Pricing is as follows.
