We have developed this course to give you the best possible chance at employment within any service related environment. Not only will you receive a Certificate III in Retail, you will also become competent in responsible service of alcohol, prepare and serve espresso coffee and gain your food safety supervisor certificate!!
The Certificate III in Retail Operations (café OPS) will give you all the relevant skills and knowledge to gain employment in roles such as a sales assistant, customer service assistant, point-of-sale operator, venue supervisor, bottle shop attendant, café/deli assistant. This course includes blended learning with students completing written assessment, practical activities and 30 hours of vocational placement in a venue we source, which takes place over a week towards the end of the course.
A total of 13 units are required for this qualification and 30 hours vocational placement
