A Certificate II in Hospitality is a foot in the door to working in restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. This course is designed to maximise your chances for employment by honing your skills in communication, hygiene, teamwork, customer service, coffee making and obtaining the required certificates to work in licensed venues. This course takes place in a classroom environment and contains 12 shifts of vocational placement.
